Clarifying Treatment

Specifically designed to reveal clearer, softer, smoother skin. Treatment features a Mandelic acid peel booster followed by a Vitamin A peel, and a corrective mask chosen based upon skin type. An excellent treatment for all skin types looking to improve the overall clarity of their complexion. Both Vitamin A and Mandelic Acid work synergistically together to minimize various skin imperfections such as hyperpigmentation, acne and fine lines . Treatment also includes extractions, high frequency and ultrasound.

Blue Light Acne Facial with Salicylic Booster

This treatment utilizes Blue Light Therapy, the latest advancement in acne treatment. The non-thermal, gentle light works to kill bacteria and the formation of p-acne, thus reducing existing breakout while preventing future acne from reoccurring. Skin Resurfacing Boosters

This is an add on service which can be preformed in conjunction with an enzyme, peel, microdermabrasion, or dermaplaning. Synergy offers a variety of boosters which are a unique combination of acids, antioxidants, and skin lightening agents. Boosters are used to help intensify other resurfacing treatments as well as accelerate the process of skin correction. This is an excellent enhancement treatment for acne, hyper pigmentation, and environmentally damaged skin.

Dermaplaning

This is an add on service which is performed before a skin peel. A gentle scraping of surface skin that removes a micro-thin layer of dead skin cells. This allows skin care products to penetrate the skin more effectively. It also tricks your skin into pushing up new, healthy skin cells to the surface. No irritation is created by dermaplaning and most skin types are good candidates for this procedure.

Microdermabrasion

Level I - Superficial Peels
remove the top layer of cells and stimulate a more rapid regeneration of the epidermis. these peels include un-buffered 20% to 35% glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid.

Level II - Medium Depth Peels
penetrates the middle layer of the skin and may cause mild discomfort during the procedure. minor to moderate exfoliation will usually occur 2-3 days after the procedure. these peels include 50 % glycolic or double layered peels.

Level III - Medium Depth Peels
work’s slightly deeper than level II peels. pre-prepping with a minimum of 2 level II peels and the use of proper pre prep home care products is required before a level III peel will be performed. proper pre-prepping minimizes down time, however, there is the potential of minor “crusting”, darkening of brown spots until they peel off, redness and moderate peeling of the skin 2-3 days following the procedure that may last 5-7 days.

*peel efficiency varies depending on the PH of the peel (acid). the lower the PH of the peel the stronger the results, a 100% acid peel with a high PH is weaker and less effective than a 50% peel with a low PH. synergy spa uses low ph peels that are non-buffered to ensure the greatest results.
